Manetty Account Deletion

1. App and Developer

This page explains how users of the Manetty mobile application can delete their account and associated data. Manetty is operated by Manetty SAS, Bogotá, Colombia.

2. Delete Your Account in the App

You can request account deletion directly inside the Manetty app. Open Manetty, sign in to your account, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm the deletion when prompted.

After confirmation, your account deletion request is processed by the app and you will be signed out. If you cannot access your account or the app, email support@manetty.com from the email address associated with your Manetty account and include the subject line "Account deletion request".

3. Data We Delete

When your Manetty account is deleted, we delete or permanently de-identify personal account data associated with your account, including your profile, name, email address, profile photo, bio, authentication identifiers, push notification tokens, and related account identifiers.

We also delete or detach personal data tied to your account from app features where reasonably possible, including saved profile details, vehicle records, session history, leaderboard associations, comments, live-stream participation records, wallet/account state, and other user-generated records associated with your account.

4. Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, safety, abuse-prevention, or compliance purposes. This can include purchase and subscription records, transaction records, support communications, security logs, anti-fraud signals, crash logs, aggregated analytics, and records needed to enforce our Terms or comply with legal obligations.

Subscriptions and purchase records are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Manetty account does not cancel an active subscription billed by an app store; you must cancel subscriptions separately through Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Retention Periods

Account data scheduled for deletion is normally removed from active systems within 30 days after the deletion request is confirmed, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, payment, tax, or compliance reasons.

Backup copies and system logs may persist for a limited period after deletion before they are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of business, typically up to 90 days. Records that we are legally required to retain, such as payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or compliance records, may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business need.
